Visiting the Secret Underground Lab on Artix Entertainment

Greetings and Salutations,

What an exciting start to the year it has been! The AdventureQuest Worlds: Infinity trailer was released and a demo of the game was playable at PAX East, we are on TikTok now, and AdventureQuest 3D was featured on the Apple Store app! We can tell you are excited, too, because we have been receiving an increase of inquiries about when the secret underground lab is going to re-open for tours.

Like so many other companies, in 2020, we asked all of the team members at the Secret Underground Lab to work from home 100% of the time, for everyone's health and safety. When we officially reopened the lab last April, we knew a majority of our team members would keep working from home at least part of the time*. Many other companies required their staff to return to the office, but it just did not make sense for us -- our team members found they were more productive, more creative, and could focus better at home, or coming into the office just a few days a week.

That means it is not likely we'll reopen the Lab for tours any time soon, since so many of the team are still working from home. We have always enjoyed meeting members of the comunity. Everyone on the team appreciates the opportunity to have one-on-one time with them, hear their stories, meet their families, and make incredible memories. We still look forward to meeting as many of our players as possible... those meetings will just be out in the world (for example, at conventions or other events).

We recently attended PAX East in Massachusetts and the Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, as well as some smaller local gatherings in the Tampa area, and got some great pictures with players who came to visit our booth.
