Voice Implemented Party (VIP) is a guild that’s all about fostering friendship in a tight-knit group united by a common mindset and chill headspace. Considering their name, it’s no surprise that recruitment to VIP is ~very~ selective, focusing on attitude and compatibility to make sure everyone vibes well with the guild’s harmonious atmosphere. Player history, community standing, and achievements are considered, but the heart of the decision lies in how well a potential recruit fits the unique energy of VIP.

This approach has enabled VIP to remain a guild of trusted allies & battling besties who support one another through every challenge and celebrate each success — no matter if it’s hunting rares, grinding levels, or tackling the latest game update.

✅ Guild Requirements (Entry): As a close-knit group of friends, recruitment is moderately selective. We prioritize the sentiments of our members and aim to ensure that all potential recruits are able to acclimate smoothly, regardless of activity. This means that, in conjunction with other factors such as player history, community standing and character level/achievements, the decision ultimately comes down to attitude and "vibe" compatibility.

📚 Summary: United by a shared passion to excel, VIP was founded through joint-leadership and consists of members from a diverse group of guilds that, at the time, were most active in the 5v5 pvp scene (LNINE / RGE / EASY / BEST / PVP / ICHOR). VIP is distinct by means of mutual fervor; recognized trailblazers that set and achieve various individual goals which in turn collectively broadens our legacy and prominence within the game. Whether it's hunting rares, grinding levels or exploring new updates, we actively cultivate an environment where synergy and efficiency (with some shenanigans) precedes everything that we do. Enabling our members to adapt a completionist mentality that is limited only by personal schedules and takes very little effort to sustain. Contrary to popular belief, the main goal of VIP is not to curbstomp the level 5 healer who just purchased the green cape, nor is the sole focus to be untouchable even against teams of 5 level 50s. If you learn from mistakes and improve for future times, that is what is noticed here!
