Content Creator Badges

Greetings, heroes! Everyone here at Artix Entertainment is incredibly grateful for amazing players like you. You have your finger on the pulse of the community and game industry. Which is why we often ask for your help in things just like this.

In this specific case, we want to know...

What Artix Entertainment game streamers/video makers deserve some love?

You can now nominate your favorite content creators to receive recognition in our games.  We would like to add badges to character pages recognizing stand-out content creators who have reached important milestones.This is something we have wanted to do forever. What better time than the start of a new year? This is definitely a work in progress but you gotta start somewhere, and this ends the year on a really good note. Beleen created a Google Form where you can send us a tip.

What are the rules/qualifications?

We will need to come up with more concise rules as we go, but in general....

• The Content Creators must actively make videos for, or stream, one or more Artix Entertainment games.
• No jerks: We will not grant badges to Hacking/Cheating/Trolling/Bullying/Illegal/Harassment creators.
• That rule above deserves additional clarification. We 100% support free speech & constructive criticism while ensuring a positive, respectful community.
• The "THEY DID WHAT!?" Rule: If a formerly great creator turns out to be... uh.... not great. The badges will be removed from them.
• If a content creator hits a major milestone... certain number of years making videos, or a certain number of hours streamed, send us a tip so we can give them (or make) a badge for it!
• We are also talking about how we can recognize other members of the community who contribute significantly, like players who host activities like scavenger hunts or contests. This idea is also in progress, but we want those players to know we recognize their contributions, too.
• The rules will change as we mess up and learn things :D

Right now we are making a list. Beleen will be gathering and sorting it. We will probably need to show her how to add badges XD.
