The results are in! The Screenshot Saturday: Back to the Action contest was an absolute blast, and we are blown away by your creativity, energy, and epic action shots! Nearly 150 entries were judged, and it was no easy feat picking the winners amongst so many stellar submissions. From back-packed battles to daring dragon encounters, you all truly brought AQ3D back to the action in style!

Without further ado, here are our contest winners 🥳

🥇 Grand Prize Winner: -Jester-

Wow! -Jester- snapped some spectacular screenshots—and the fact that these screenies scribe a story is worthy of another wow (and ntm the Grand Prize winnings of 2,000 Dragon Crystals)! I am so moved by the scene portrayed here that I just had to tell ~my~ version of -Jester-’s epic screenshot story:

In the heart of an ancient temple nearly lost to the sands of time, a hero known as -Jester- suddenly felt himself being summoned somewhere beyond space and time.

There he met an otherworldly genie wielding a luminous bow. Expecting a battle—for the genie was accustomed to such hostilities by humans—our hero -Jester- instead bowed in deep respect.

Moved by this rare act of humility, the genie conjured a majestic mount with ethereal antlers. “A gift for your kindness,” the genie declared as the hero -Jester- mounted the celestial steed. “Not all battles are won with violence,” spoke the genie, “and the rewards of wisdom and compassion shine brighter than any treasure.”

Our hero -Jester- was transported back to the ancient temple, his steed and himself bathed in vibrant divine energy. The two are now ready for whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing that true strength is not measured by the power of one's blade… but by the courage to choose compassion, the wisdom to seek harmony, and the heart to forge a luminous path where others see darkness.

“JoJo’s Bizarre AdventureQuest” Award

Where my Manga / Anime fans at? 👋 If you’ve ever seen / read JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, or are a certifiable meme lord, or possibly both, then you’ll instantly recognize this iconic "Oh? You're Approaching Me?" moment. Fellow hero Hug made this meme scene inside AQ3D using… get this… pumpkins for Jotaro! Oh my gourd, that’s some serious resourcefulness right there!

For showcasing such creativity (and giving me a wonderful idea for a future contest), we are awarding Hug with 1000 DCs so he can continue squashing the competition in future contests 🎃 Be sure to visit Hug’s house on the Red Dragon Server for more fun fan art creations!

The “Warlord and his Soldiers” Award

Standing at the center of a grand arena, Almayudha is flanked by his loyal soldiers, standing steadfast in resplendent armor and golden wings. Behind them, a neon sign declares what is already clear:
"CHAMPIONS ARE HERE."

You know what else is here? Treasure Chests! We are awarding Almayudha with a Warlord's Chest and his soldiers with... you guessed it!... Soldier's Chests! This group shot gives me another wonderful idea for another future contest 🥰 Creativity is contagious... so thank you all for infecting my imagination!

The “How To Train Your Water Dragon” Award

Now where are my dragon fans at? 🐲 If you love dragons as much as me + Artix + DreamWorks does combined, then 1) you already know about the live-action remake of “How To Train Your Dragon” launching June 2025, and 2) you’re going to LOVE this epic entry by AQ3D hero Syrr!

While Yokai Isle’s Water Dragon is certainly not Toothless (I mean, just LOOK at how big those non-retractable fangs are!), Syrr’s screenshots certainly tell a story worthy of a motion picture adaptation! Or, at the very least, offer a step-by-step guide on how to train your Water Dragon.

Step 1: The Summoning Ritual, aka Look Like You Know What You’re Doing
Find a mysterious temple, stand in the center, and channel your inner sorcerer. Hold a staff or scythe for extra credibility. If the room starts glowing ominously, then you’re on the right track… or something’s about to explode.

Step 2: Ready. Set. Glow!
This next part involves a lot of dramatic hand waving, glowing blue sparkles, and pretending you’ve got everything under control. Raise your arms, summon all the magic you’ve got, and hope someone remembers to snap a photo. If sparkles start flying everywhere, that means it’s working! …or maybe the spell is malfunctioning? Either way, don’t stop now!

Step 3: An Unexpected Outcome
So, heh, funny thing about summoning… sometimes the magical energy surge doesn’t just stay in the temple. If reality begins bending, the landscape starts swirling, and a giant tidal wave of water erupts behind you, just act like it was totally intentional. Because it totally was… right?

Step 4: The Ultimate Flex
If an enormous Water Dragon emerges from the chaos, immediately strike a pose and snag a screenshot. If it’s not actively eating you, congratulations—you’ve successfully adopted a 500-ton aquatic murder noodle! You now have an ancient, apocalyptic beast bestie at your side… who probably won’t eat you later on. No promises though, since Syrr’s screenshots unsettlingly stop right there… 👀

Assuming she survived this so-not-dangerous dragon summoning sesh, Syrr will enjoy 1000 Dragon Crystals bestowed upon her!
