The Artix Community Discord Servers are your place to discuss Artix Entertainment’s games, ask questions, and be part of an incredible group of heroes and fellow game-players.
Guidelines TL;DR
- Have fun. Be kind. Respect others.
- Keep the server friendly. Don't be a jerk.
- Stay on topic. Keep criticism constructive.
- No personal attacks, hate speech, or inappropriate content.
- Don't share personal information or post about illegal activities
- Follow the law, server guidelines, and Discord policies
- Discord Mods and Admins determine guideline violations

The Artix Entertainment Official (AEO) discord server is here for anyone who enjoys Artix games and the community surrounding them.
General Posting Guidelines
- Ask questions, help others, share your opinions, and discuss anything related to Artix Games, its community, and gaming in general.
- Please post in English in all public areas so other people know what you're saying.
- All topics should follow the server guidelines and remain appropriate.
- This server is considered "T for Teen" and posts may include moderate profanity. Excessive use of profanity or profanity used to attack others are not.
- Members of our community span many age ranges and preferences. Be considerate of that as you post.
Helpful Links
Stay on topic. Keep criticism constructive.
Post constructively and with purpose. Comments and constructive criticism are always welcome.
Please do not:
- Spam (repeatedly posts of intrusive, off-topic, irrelevant, or unwelcome content)
- Posting in all caps or leet-speak
- Flood the channel with off-topic gifs, images, or links
Note: Although we have specific channels for game-related topics, as long as all active chatters are following the guidelines, off-topic chat in game channels is fine until it becomes intrusive.
No personal attacks, hate speech, or inappropriate content
A community is built on mutual respect; help us keep our foundation strong. Messages containing hate speech, defamatory speech, personal attacks, harassment, threats, insults, or trolling will not be tolerated.
We do not allow content that implies or outright threatens violence or depicts harm to an individual or group based on any of the following attributes:
- Race, sex, gender, or sexual orientation
- Nationality, national origin, or immigration status
- Ethnicity, religion, caste, or tribe affiliation
Do not share personal information (yours or anyone else's).
Sharing personal information to harass, intimidate, or stalk another person is also known as "doxing." This violates our Terms of Service and, depending on your location, is illegal.
Personal information includes:
- First and last name
- Mailing and email addresses
- Phone number
- Any identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either online or physically
Additional information to keep private:
- Game account information
- Direct/private messages from support staff
Follow the law, server guidelines, and Discord policy.
Seriously. The site's alignment is Lawful Good. We're not here for sharing anything that would promote breaking laws or site rules. Just don't do it.
Do not link to, advertise, or post about:
- Hacking sites, software piracy, websites offering free currency / items / accounts for our games or others
- Bots, hacks, game exploits, other third-party programs, or activities/actions that would violate the Terms of Service for any sites, networks, or business.
- Buying, trading, selling, sharing, or giveaways for your game accounts, game accounts created by other people
(this applies to Artix Game accounts and those for other game networks)
Do not upload or post:
- Audio or video recordings of other people without their permission
- Private / unpublished information about other Artix game players or staff
- Links to or information about anything illegal, libelous, or that violates any local, state, national, or international law
Discord Account Bans / Mutes
We know people make mistakes sometimes. However, anything deemed too offensive or which violates the community guidelines may be removed and a mute or ban issued depending on the content.
- Discord moderators and Admins determine what constitutes a guideline violation.
- If you are not sure whether something is acceptable, check with a Mod or Admin before posting.
- If your account is muted or banned, please contact Player Support for assistance.
Accounts that continue to violate the guidelines after being asked to stop may be blocked from posting temporarily. Permanently blocking accounts is a last resort… we’d rather have you here, having fun.
